Rashid operated successfully

Bronchoscopy was performed on Rashid on Tuesday and the pen cap was successfully removed from the lungs.

Rashid has survived the surgery well, can eat again with appetite and as you can see, he has a lot to catch up on.

We are pleased that Rashid is doing well so soon after the procedure and we would like to thank the surgical team of the University Hospital Essen for the excellent work and the donors who gave us the help for Rashid.

Rashid was released from the hospital today. It may be assumed that, despite small scarring, the lungs regenerate completely.
